FloorPlanWalkthrough

Made so you can see the house before it exists.

FloorPlanWalkthrough started in September 2026 with one basement plan: a drawing that made perfect sense to the contractor and none at all to the person who was going to live down there.

A floor plan tells you where the walls go. It does not tell you whether the room will feel tight, where the morning light lands, or what you will see from the sofa. People sign off on hundreds of thousands of dollars of building from a flat drawing, then find out.

So we built a way to stand in the plan first. Upload the drawing and it is read into a 3D model you can spin, walk through and step inside in photoreal 360°. Tell it what you would change and it changes. It is for anyone making a decision from a plan: a homeowner before a renovation, a buyer choosing between lots, a renter looking at a brochure, and the builders, agents and designers who send those plans out.

How we work

Honest about what it read. The reader tells you what it could not make out before you pay, and we publish how well it reads on a library of real plans, every release, on the accuracy page.

One price, no meter. $29 once for a home, everything included, and a full refund within 48 hours if it is not right. No subscription, no credits, no watermarks.

Your plan is yours. It is private unless you share it, and it is never used to improve the reader unless you tick that box.

Who

FloorPlanWalkthrough is made by Mollylope LLC, a small company run by its founder, Molly. The 3D models are built from the drawing's own geometry and the measurements printed on it; the room checks and the plain-English changes use Claude, Anthropic's model. The gallery homes come from the 1928 Sears Modern Homes catalog and other public-domain sources, read the same way your plan is.
